EO Web control 2012 - licensing error message Options

We are having licence for EO web control suite 2008, Today we have downloaded EO Web control 2012 and tried to use it, however its giving an error message for licensing as below

"Dialog W_Dialog requires a license. You can purchase a license from http://www.essentialobjects.com/Order.aspx. Please refresh the page to continue. More on license.
Already have a license? See troubleshooting License problems."

Please let us know the resolution

You need to place an upgrade order in order to use the new version. See here for more details:
