I trying to convert a chart generated using HighCharts jquery library. I am using ConvertHtml and sending the div that contains the chart results as HTML. the HTML is valid is I tried to view the div content alone and it displays just fine, but when converting it to PDF I am using version 4.0.32.2 I just downloaded and installed it yesterday, I am not sure what is the problem, the pdf is generated but without the points.

Hi,
We see the line just fine. Please try to run our demo application, then paste the above HTML to All Demos -> HTML to PDF -> Basic -> Convert HTML, run the demo and see if the PDF file is created correctly. We know this is an issue in our early versions but that has since been fixed.

It is working fine with the Downloader example in the web sample, but it doesn't work with the other 2 examples.

Hi,
That's not the sample we were talking about. You need go to to Start -> All Programs -> EO.Pdf 2012 -> Samples -> EO.Pdf Demo to run EO.Pdf Demo application, then run the "Convert HTML" sample with the code you posted above. If that works fine, then the product is working fine.

same issue here, I guess the problem is in the free library only not in the licensed one

Hi,
Try to remove the following clip-path in your HTML (note that it occurs twice):
clip-path="url(http://localhost:1894/Reports/SubscribersReport.aspx#highcharts-3)"
That's the only difference we can think of between your environment and our environment. You already have a clip path "highcharts-3" defined in your def section, so I am not sure why HighCharts would generates another clip path that referes to an external Url. That external Url doesn't work in our environment, so the specified clip path does not apply. If that clip path is wrong, then you won't see the lines.
The problem has nothing to do with the license. What you downloaded is the release version. It has no feature restrictions.
If you still have problems, please try to isolate the problem into a test app and send the test app to us. The very first thing we have to have is a test case that can reproduce the problem. We can't do much if we can't even see the problem.
