Hi, i need some help pliz.
The EO.Pdf throw a error when i create a pdfdocument from a file.pdf
the file is ok, is not open, and have permission to IO.
I'm working in Visual Studio 2010 and Framework .Net 4.0, developing in C#.

the stacktrace is it:
en EO.Pdf.Internal.dh.b()
en EO.Pdf.Internal.gn.a(gc A_0)
en EO.Pdf.Internal.gn.a(Stream A_0, Boolean A_1)
en EO.Pdf.Internal.gn.a(String A_0)
en EO.Pdf.Internal.gn..ctor(String A_0, PdfDocumentSecurity A_1)
en EO.Pdf.PdfDocument..ctor(String fileName)
en ENAVAL_SeparaIndices.Program.Main(String[] args) en C:\Documents and Settings\francisco.carrasco******************* Program.cs:línea 58

what's wrong?

the code is working, i debug this, and the "Path" have a string value, and the string value is correct (i prove this path in the execute from init, and work, open the file normally).

p.d: is some files that have this problem, however with others files.PDF the program run ok.

p.d2: sorry, my english is bad jeje.

Hi,

That would look like a bug. Please upgrade to the latest build from our download page and see if that fixes the problem. If not, we will need you to send us the file in question so that we can investigate further. We will PM you as to where to send the file.

Thanks!

a question:
we have the eo.pdf with pay license.
if we need download a new version of the dll, is the license same?
and i don't think that we can send the file, it has private information (we work with sensitive information from companies).

however, recently a workmate re-create the file.pdf, and the eo.pdf work ok. must be any property of the file that block the file for IO operations.

when we discover the specific problem, in this same post i tell you what is the problem, if you is interesting for fix this problem.

thanks for your time.

Hi,

You do not need to pay again for the new version since you purchased very recently (You do need to go to your license key page to get the new license key, but it should not cost you anything).

If the new build does not solve the problem, we must have the file in question in order to troubleshoot the problem. We can sign confidential agreement with you if necessary, but we must have the file in order to positively verify the fix.

Thanks!
