hi,
I have used EO web controls in my website. it is working fine when published on intranet. when exposed to internet. the tabstrip images are not displayed properly.
Also status bar shows downloading images from
http:\\my site IP\eo_web.ashx\sadghigkdsgbsdg1569165... sumthing
plz help

Hi,
The Url is incorrect. You must have some Url rewriting mechanism in your application that incorrectly rewrote the Url. The correct Url form should be:
http://your_site_ip/eo_web.ashx?id=xxxxxxxx
You will also want to make sure file eo_web.ashx is in the root folder of your application and allows anonymous access.

hi,
The problem is still the same. the EO tabstrip images are not displayed properly.

Hi,
You will want to try to duplicate the problem in a separate environment to see if you can find out what triggered it. The problem might be related to your server setup, particular configuration or some other code in your project. We generally do not troubleshoot those problems for you for free.
Also the one year tech support period on your license has expired long ago, so if you can find out what triggered it and it makes sense to you, then you would be able to resolve the issue yourself. If you know what triggered it but can't make sense out of it, we can take a look for you but you would have to upgrade your license in order to bring your tech support period active first.
