File Explorer, local folder for each user Options

What functions/properties can I use to lock/assign a user in a specific folder with the File Explorer?
Based on the following seems it is possible:
Not everybody has the same permission. Some users can only browse, some users can only upload. Sometimes each user has their own local folder. It's all covered

Hi,

You just set the root folder differently for each user:

http://www.essentialobjects.com/doc/1/eo.web.fileexplorer.rootfolder.aspx

In addition to that, you can turn on/off certain permissions:
