basemenu format Options

I am trying to format a basemenu. The default menu has a large empty space on the right hand side of the menue. Ideally, I would like to be able to place text in this space. If I cannot do that, I would like to be able to eliminate the extra space.

I am pretty sure eliminating the space is some sort of padding or spacing option that I have not found. I wouldn't know how to get text into that area.

Any ideas?

Hi Ryan,

Try set menu item's Padding values. The default padding on the right is 15 pixel.
