Hi,

As you already known that eo.Calendar only support gregorian, I wich if it's possible to add lunar calendar as well

I once saw a website that used both Lunar/Solar in one calendar that serve both needs and there's a checkbox to enable/disable it as shown below



I searched a lot for kinda tools but couldn't find any, So i hope that eo team can be the one

I'll even pay for such feature if added :D

Hi,

I don't believe we will add built-in Lunar/Solar calendar support because the amount of interest on those feature is not sufficient to cover our development/support cost. However you can implement it yourself with our custom rendering feature. With custom rendering feature, we provide an empty day cell for you to fill in. So for example, you can decide to show "8" for 1/1/2012, "9" for "1/2/2012" based on whatever logic you have. You would handle the Calendar's DayRender event to do this.
