Version 9.0.37 positions dialogs over the page content regardless of it's horizontal position in the browser window.

Version 9.0.45 positions the dialog to the left of where it should be. It appears that it is considering the width of the content and centering based on that width, but does not consider that the content itself is centered in the browser window.
