I am evaluating your product for purchase.
I would like to use your calendar popup to my web system.
I have a problem when using it: It is OK when I click on the icon button of the calendar popup, it opens the Popup Calendar which shows the monthly calendar, but when I move the mouse pointer into the text box next to the button it does not display the monthly calendar. I wonder that
your calendar popup source code can fix this problem.
Please kindly reply as soon as possible.

Hi,
We are not aware of any such problems. If you can create a small test page to demonstrate the problem and send it us in zip format, we will be happy to look into it and tell you what's wrong. Make sure the test page runs and only contain code needed to reproduce the problem.

Yes. You need to purchase a license in order to use the product on a production server.

Thanks After our company purchase the license, our developers will use your product to develop a web system for our customers. When we complete developing the web system, we will release the source code for them (our source code release included your product). Do they have to purchase the license again in order to use your product. Many thanks

Hi,
No. Your customer will not need to purchase a license again from us. However if you release your source code to your customer, you must put into reasonable effort to prevent your customer to reuse our license key/license file for other projects.

Many thanks The files you sent to us do not use our product and has nothing to do with us. Why do you ask us to fix a problem that is completely unrelated to us for you? Please try to resolve this problem yourself. This issue is now closed.

Hi,
No. You will NOT receive our source code. Our product is a huge package that contains more than two dozen controls and they share a lot of code. We do not sell our source code.
