Hello,
I purchased the 2008 version of AJAXUploader. I am trying to update to the newest one so I can use it in a .NET 4.0 environment.
I have downloaded the License File but when I try to enter a 2009 key I am getting errors. "You can only have a total number of 1 active keys..." Does this mean that I don't need to enter a new activation key into the License Manager? If not, how do I revoke my old activation key so I can use the one for the 2009 version?

Hi,
You need to go to your previous machine, then run License Manager and remove your previous key from there. If it's the same machine and you do not see the old key, try to add the old key first and it should accept it. After that you can remove the old key.

Hello,
It is the same machine, but the harddrive has been wiped and OS reinstalled many times since I installed the old key. When I try to install the old key I get a "License already used" error.

Hi,
We have allocated an additional key to you. You can go to your license key page to request the new key and use the new key instead. In the future if you plan to change hardware or OS, you will need to use the License Manager to remove your old license key first.
I do notice that .NET 4 is only officially supported in EO.Web Controls 2010 and onwards. You can try 2009 and see if it works for you, if it doesn't, then you will need to upgrade to the current version.
