I have a floater that uses TopAnchorID and RightAnchorID, and within this floater is a link that opens a dialog. I set the AnchorElementID of the dialog to the floater's ID. It works nicely as long as I haven't scrolled down the page, but as soon as I scroll at all, the dialog moves down away from the floater. Why isn't this working? Thank you.

PS: I tried using a jquery floater instead, but with an EO dialog anchored to a div within that floater, and the same thing happens. So, the issue seems to be with the dialog itself...
