I added a button column to the web.grid and assigned a background image to it. This works on development machine but not on

a client machine. The image does not display. I verified it extists in the folder.

Please post a test page that demonstrates the problem. Or if you have the page online, you can give us the Url and we will be happy to take a look. We can't really tell you anything before we see the problem.

I was able to get this to work by supplying a relative file directory "~/Image " instead of
absolute file directory ex: "c:\....\Image"
