I have license issues, I've read everything that is detected in the post and I do not have the file on my server eo_web.licx already looked at the root of the server and nothing to find this file.
The steps I've taken so far is:
1 - I bought my license;
2 - I downloaded the file;
3 - installed on the server;
4 - Open License Manager screen;
5 - I took the key And the site;
6 - I installed the key;
I keep getting the message of leave, when I open my site.

Don't these two sentences contradict with each other? Do you have the license file or you do not have the license file?

Thanks! I did dowload the file EOWeb_90_Setup I did not find the license file on my server eo_web.licx; Summarizing bought, paid and not have the product working.

Hi,
You need to go to your license key page (the same place you got your license key) and then click "Redistribute Key" tab to download your license file.
