2nd question for the day!
We purchased a multiple developer EO license in February 07 and used it for a website. I had no problems with my first experience using EO.
Now, 5 months later, I loaded up a web project that a coworker started developing using the EO menus. When I ran it I got the error message SlideMenu1 requires a license. I made sure to copy the right license file into the bin folder and recompile but no luck.
I came to the EO site and found out that a new verion had come out (2007_1 as opposed to the 3.1 I had). I removed my old installation and installed the new version - and I'm still getting the licensing message when I test the pages. Now I'm wondering whether the new version requires a new license? If not, please tell me what I'm doing wrong... I have a feeling its something obvious which I missing.
Thanks!

Hi,
Yes. You will need a new license file/key for 2007_1, but that does not necessary mean that you need a new license. Your current license may include a free upgrade option that will give the new license file. Try to log into your account and click "License Key" and see if you see an "EO.Web Controls 2007.1" link. Note the license file that you get from free upgrade does NOT include the new controls, if you wish to use the new controls, you will still need to place an upgrade order.
As for why your coworker's project requires a license, I am not sure what that could be since I do not have your order number. Please PM us your order number and we will be able to look into the license and see what could cause that.
Thanks
