I had the following error message twice tonight... can you please advise

Hi,

You should ignore all exceptions from eo_web.ashx unless you also see other problems. There are all kinds of situations that can give you an exception. For example, a user can cancel an upload; a network error might have occurred; A spider might have been trying to pull a stale link or formatted the link incorrectly. All those are valid scenarios that can cause exceptions. As a result, we usually do not investigate exceptions unless it is also accompanied by other problems.
