Hi,
I have set the ConvertURL to a 1 pager URL which EO will normally convert the page into a 1 pager PDF file. However, sometimes the converter will generate 1/2 of the URL's page into a 1st sheet and the second 1/2 of the URL's page into a 2nd sheet. causing the content to be split into 2 pages.
Any idea what is causing this?
Thanks.

Hi,
There are a number of things can affect how the converter split contents into pages. The first thing is the zoom level. By default, the converter automatically adjusts zoom level so that the whole page fits on the paper horizontally. When this zoom level changes, a one page Url can turn into two pages. In addition to that, you can also have explicitly page-break CSS attribute in any of your page element that can cause paging. In any case, if you are not sure why, try to compare the page contents when it's rendered as two page and the "correct contents", it should not be difficult to find the difference.
Thanks!

Hi,
I do not think the page-break is an issue as this issue as the URL has only 1 page and no page-breaks.
How it generates is like having 2 pages up and down, and the 1 pager URL's content is between the 2 pages. Its like the 2 pages being 1 paper and the content is set to valign middle.
Any options in the converter that can specify the page to be always generated at the top of the page, not leaving empty spaces at the top?
Thanks.

Hi,
The top position of the page is determined by by HtmlToPdf.Options.OutputArea and HtmlToPdf.Options.StartPosition.
Thanks
