Is there a way to change the background color on a GRID to ever other row? Options

I'd to like to have the effect of alternate rows having a different background color, for example:
row 1 = white
row 2 = light blue
row 3 = white
row 4 = light blue
row 5 = white
row 6 = light blue
row 7 = white
