Hi,

I'm hoping I haven't misread something important here. I recently purchased a Developer license for the EO Web controls but want to use them on an ASP.NET 1.1 application and I can't add the items to the toolbox because they are presumably for .NET 2.0. Do I have to go back to an earlier version of the controls to do this? It isn't an option for me to move to .NET 2.0 for this particular application at this time.

Any advice greatly appreciated.

Thanks and best regards

Hi Peter,

Thank you very much for your business. Unfortunately V9 is built with .NET 2.0 so it won't run on ASP.NET 1.1. The last V8 build does support .NET 1.1 and it's only a few months old (the last build was made in late May). So we can provide that build to you if that is OK for you. Of course, you can switch back to V9 whenever you need to.

Thanks!

OK, thanks. I obviously didn't read the details correctly. Can I download and use Version 8 and howdo I get/apply the appropriate license key, given that I've paid for V9 but can't use it?

Thanks and bst regards

Excellent Support!

Thanks, I've downloaded the V8 implementation and all the controls now appear in my VS2003 environment. I really appreciate your prompt support and attention to my issue.

Thanks and best regards
