Hi,
I am sorry to keep you busy, but I am in the process on setting up a first production site with eo-web controls. I do encounter a license issue on the production site where license free eo-web controls show up, but not those requiring a license.
I followed the procedures indicated in your troubleshooting guide on this subject, but cannot understand what I'm doing wrong. I did build a very simple test site with only a default page and vb code to verify the accessibility of the license file in the root directory of the site. I did also check that the license file authorizes the right version (version 9).
What am i missing?
Thanks for your help.

Hi,
I just saw that the new build is available. I will try with that build and re-issue this if this still problem shows up (I have investigated further and believe that the problem might not be related to licensing)
Thanks

Hi,
That would not be licensing. The controls WILL show up even if without a license. It just randomly renders a license warning message. Other than that everything should work fine.
Thanks
