How can i open a new window to show the converted pdf document

Please check whether you have past the cookies to the converter:

http://doc.essentialobjects.com/library/4/htmltopdf/post.aspx

Note that your browser and the HTML to PDF converter are two totally different and unrelated programs. Having cookies in your browser has nothing to do with the converter.

I do not know what you meant by open a new window. If you are in a Web application, then you can call Javascript to open a new browser window. If you are in a Windows application, you can call either use Process.Start to open Adobe Reader or use another form to display the PDF file. None of these options have anything to do with our components though.
