Hello,

we are using the eo:flyout control within a datagrid, placed over an asp:Label. If we view the webpage with IE9 everthings working fine but if we view the page using IE8 we receive a javascript error.

Quote:

'EO859.g.d is null or not an object

Have a look at the pagesource:

Quote:

Someone got a hint for us?

regs,
oliver

Hi,

Can you create a test page to demonstrate the problem? Without seeing the problem we do not for sure what's causing it.

Thanks!

Hi,

we did some further tests. If we rund the web application on a windows server 2003 x64 system, we receive the error on both IE8 and IE9. If we run the app on the dev machines (Win7x64 IE9) everything working fine.

Some further checks --> ao:menu also did not work on x64 system. Is there a problem using x64 systems???

Hi,

No. We are not aware of any issues on X64 system or IE version or anything else. Please try to isolate the problem into a test page. We do not do "can you try this" "can you try that" type of guessing troubleshooting, so we generally will not investigate any issue unless we have a reproducing page first. The usually flow is you provide a test page, we will then investigate it and give you a definite answer, once you confirm the answer, we close the ticket.

Thanks!
