I purchased your product EO.Web Controls 3.x on 3/30/2007 and believed it came with upgrades for a year. I noticed that you released a new product version Build 2007.1.xx and I am trying to get the upgrade. However when I go to the My Orders page as instructed, I do not see where I can down load that new key.
Am I missing something?

Hi,
You need to click the "View License Key" link. You should see then two links, one link for "EO.Web Controls 2007.1", one for "EO.Web Controls 3.x".
Your purchase is a standard license. Standard license is eligible for 6 months free upgrade. not one year. You still can receive 2007.1 for free (without new controls) because it is released within 6 months of your purchase.
