First of all you want to delete that AspxLab Controls tab. That is from an old version, and it seems that for some reason that you uninstall the previous version but did not remove this tab. So you can delete that tab manually. You can right click on it to remove it.
Then you can confirm that whether you have all the files correctly installed. The default installation location is:
c:\Program Files\Essential Objects\EO.Web Controls 2007.1, check if you have a lot of files in that directory. Once you confirm that, you can try to run our Menu Builder and see if it works. You can start Menu Builder by going to Start -> All Programs -> EO.Web Controls 2007.1 -> EO.Web for ASP.NET 1.1/2.0 -> Menu Builder. If it starts up fine, then all the files are correctly installed.
Once you confirmed that, you can manually put the controls into your VS.NET toolbar. You can follow the steps outlined at here:
