This builds includes the following bug fixes/improvements:

1. Fixed Editor incorrectly displays scroll bar in right to left mode issue;
2. Added refresh method on client side GridCell object;
3. Enhanced SuperScript/Subscript as toggle buttons for Editor. Previously they were simply push buttons;
4. Fixed an issue where Editor automatically disables custom toolbar buttons;
5. Add getToolBar and getIndex on client side ToolBarItem object;
6. Fixed an issue where Editor displays wrong error message when user tries to spell check on empty text;
7. Fixed an issue where a Grid placed inside a CallbackPanel may cause script error when clicking delete button from DeleteCommandColumn;
8. Fixed an issue where the Grid may display different number of items on even/odd page;
9. Added getName method on client side GridColumn object;
10. Added CausesValidation property on Downloader control;
11. Fixed Editor causing script error on IE 9 problem;
12. Fixed MaskedEdit can not highlight selection on IE 9 problem;
13. Fixed various dialog styles not display correctly on IE 9 problem;
