I see you already have a pending order under your account. You can pay the order either using a credit card or through bank transfer. If you wish to pay with a credit card, you can go to our home page, then click "My Orders" on the right side, then click "Pay Online" next to your order. That will give you a number of online payment options, including PayPal. PayPal should cover China. Online payment is usually cleared instantly.

You can also send a wire transfer to our bank account directly. In order to do so, you can click "Pay by Check/Transfer" to get our account information. Once you have that, you will need to go to your bank and ask your bank to transfer money to our account. Once we receive the money, we will process your order, then you will be able to access the license key information. Wire transfer usually takes a few days to clear.
