This build contains the following bug fixes/improvements:

1. Fixed an issue where MaskedEdit control would not take 99.99 when MaxValue is set to 99 problem;
2. Added ClientSideOnChange event to MaskedEdit control;
3. Fixed an issue with the Menu control to allow user to create class that derives from the Menu control;
4. Fixed an issue with the Menu control where user may receive JavaScript error when clicking outside of a CustomItem;
5. Fixed an issue with the Grid control where the row would go blank if RunningMode is set to server and user first scroll down to the bottom, then resize the column and then scroll up;
