Hi,

I am not sure what you mean by "I lost my RootFolder path". Can you explain and also give detailed step by step instruction on how to reproduce the problem?

Thanks!

Excuse my bad English :-)

I use the example File explorer Custom Layout - File Only
I change RootFolder to "~/documents"
I change TempFileLocation to "~/UploaderTemp"

I upload some pictures and I see pictures in The File explorer.
I delete one picture, and then File explorer is emty?

I try to upload some pictures again, but nothing happens.
Only a .data .info and .status is created in the "~/UploaderTemp" folder.
And no_need_to_delete_temp_file.txt.......

Hi,

We are not able to reproduce the problem here. Can you create a test app and send it to us?

Thanks!

Hi,

We have received your test app however it appears to be working fine. Do you have the specific steps (including browsers type/version) to reproduce the problem?

Thanks!

You can try out the test app on cms.draghundsport.se

I've tried from three different computers, two with Windows 7 (Swedish version) and one with Windows Server 2008 (English version).
Try different browsers like Google Chrome 5.0.375.127 (Swedish version) and Firefox 3.6.3 (Swedish version) and Internet Explorer 8.0.7600.16385 (Swedish version)

On Windows Server 2008, Internet Explorer 8.0.6001.18928 (English version)
Same problem with all computers and browsers.

I upload a picture, delete the image and try to upload a new image. Nothing happens except that the progress bar works, but no picture uploaded to the File Explorer

Let me know if it works cleanly for you to upload delete and upload new images on cms.draghundsport.se ...

Hi,

We do see the same problem on your server. Is it possible to give us FTP access to the test application so that we can run more tests on your server?

Thanks!

Thanks, it works better now. But I still have problems.
In my application I have the file explorer in an asp:panel which I can access with Sub Button1_Click.
I've also added FileExplorer1.Rootfolder in Sub Page_Load

It does not look like the file explorer works in an asp:Panel.
Try on cms.draghundsport.se
You still have ftp access to the test site...

Have you looked at this problem, the file explorer in an asp:panel?

Hi,

Yes. We did look into the sample and found the problem. A new build should be provided to you either today or tomorrow.

Thanks!
