Hi,
We are using EO.Web 3.1.20.2 with Visual Studio 2005.We are facing an Issue where the menu takes a long time to load.It is the last object to be loaded and if users click on any other controls before the menu loads,they get errors.Is there any way to speed up the menu load and make it such that the menu loads first before the page content.

Hi,
You have a very old version. The current version is 8.0 and yours is 3.1. You may want to try the latest version and reduce the number of items and see if it helps. With the latest version it should not give you a script error even if it has not finished loading.
If you continue to have problem, you can try to isolate the problem into a test project and we can take a look of the page for a fee (free tech support is only valid for one year after the purchase). The fee must be paid in advance but if we can not find a workaround for you then it will be refunded to you. If you have paid the fee but later decide to purchase a new license for the current version, the fee can also be applied as credit to your order so that you will not need to pay the full price.
