I included a context menu so that people could paste content without using the keyboard shortcut or a menu button, but the context menu only appears where there is already content within the editor window. So, if it is a blank editor window, it will only appear if the user right-clicks very near the blinking cursor. A right-click anywhere else in the editor window does not show the context menu. Is there a way to fix this?

Note that this only happens with Firefox, not IE.
