When does the spellcheck start checking words.

Example if i misspell the word the as 'th' the spellchecker doesnt catch this

Is this like most cell phones where the spellchecker only check words that are longer than 2 characters?

Hi,

This is a limitation of the spell checking dictionary we use. The dictionary has "base words" and "suffixes". For example, base word "do" can have suffix "ing" to form "doing". All base words are considered valid, in this case "th" can combine with "ing" to form "thing" thus is considered valid.

If you wish to remove this specific entry, you can edit en_US.dic file to remove the following line:

th/GNJX

Thanks!
