Hi There,

First Post here.
I have used the imagezoom feature and all works fine on my development machine.
When I upload to a live site nothing works. The images assisgned to "SmallImageUrl" still display on the page but there is no zoom effect.
I have downloaded my license and added it to the bin folder I have also checked that EO.Web.dll is in the bin folder also.

Am I missing something?

Thanks for your help,

Steve.

Hi,

Please check whether you have file eo_web.ashx on your application's root folder. And also check whether you have anonymous access to that file. We will also be happy to take a look if you can give us access to the site/page.

Thanks!

Hi,

Thanks for the reply.
Yes I do have eo_web.ashx in my root folder. Because my site is running from a virtual directory I have also copied eo_web.ashx to the site root.

How do I check if I have anonymous access to eo_web.ashx, I have other components on the site so I cannot see this being the problem.

Thanks for the help. I appreciate it.

Best Regards.

Hi,

If other controls works fine, then it should not have anything to do with eo_web.ashx. In that case we will need to take a look of the page in order to see what's the problem.

Thanks!

Hi,
Thanks for the reply.

Can you give me an email address for me to give you the site details.

I do not want to post it on the forum as it is still in development and there is some shopping cart stuff that I do not want people to play around with until it is live and working 100%.

Thanks.

Hi,
