Make editing callback panel triggers easier Options

In the dialog for editing triggers, can you
1. List triggers sorted by ID, or
2. if an attempt is made to add the same trigger twice, simply pop up a message indicating that the trigger already exists, and not add it a second time

When dealling with a page with multiple triggers the current mechanism makes things quite difficult!
