My EO tools disappeared from my toolbox and I cannot seem to add them

Hi,

I bought and installed the EO tools several days ago , and they appreared on my tool box and was able to use them. I am on Windows 7.

This morning the EO tools do not appear and when I go to select tools to add they are not in the list to add tools.

I checked my start menu and EO tool functions were there. I tried to run the install again , it asked me if I want to uninstall EO.

What happened ? how can I fix it? I did install one other function from FarPoint technologies since I installed EO?

Hi,

That can occur if your Visual Studio configuration is lost or you switch users. Try to reinstall the product. It will ask you to uninstall first, which is normal. So you will need to run the installer twice: first to uninstall then to reinstall.

You can also manually add them back by following steps outlined here:
