I read in a previous post on the forum A while back that you guys would look into adding a align attribute/property to the Maskedit or segment has this been done yet?

as i would like it to show as $___90.23 rather than $90.23___

No. It has very practical use except for currency. So most likely we will implement currency segment instead of a general alignment attribute.
