error 'AspxLab.WebControls' Options

hi,
I have an asp.net application that uses the aspxlab, where he was running smoothly.
But I had to re-install the OS on the server and now when I enter the page that uses the aspxlab, give me the following error:
Could not load file or assembly 'AspxLab.WebControls' or one of its dependencies. The system can not find the file specified.

version of AspxLab.WebControls is 2.4.8.0

Can someone help me?
