Can I do this with your grid Options

HI,

can I do this with your grid

Thats put an image (small icon sized) in a field within a row of the grid
and
also put an text box with the back ground color changed to my needs.

Please advise

Hi,

Yes. Our Grid can do all that. You will need to go over our samples and documentations first. Once you get some basic idea of how to use our product, we can get into more details.
