Hi,
We are having an issue with displaying EO Grid in IE 8 browser. It all works fine in IE 7 and Firefox. It gives following script error, Not implemented: “a.style.removeExpression(d)” Any suggestions, any updates that needs to be installed..?
Cheers, Dhilhaam

Hi,
Please check the latest version from our download page first. IE 8 was only released early this year. So it's only officially supported by EO.Web Controls 2009.
Thanks!

Hi
We are using and got license only for EO Web Controls 2007.2. Therefore can we upgrade our EO version to 2009 with our present license or will there be a service pack for version 2007. Cheers, Dhilhaam

Hi, I believe your order includes a one year free upgrade period. So you should be able to have license key for 2009. Please see here for more details: http://www.essentialobjects.com/forum/postst50_My-old-license-key-does-not-work-with-the-new-version-what-to-do.aspxThanks

We are yet in the evaluation version but we are still having this problem. We have downloaded the latest version. Do we need to do anything else. Please suggest.

Hi, This problem was fixed a long time ago. So the latest version should not have this problem. If you continue to have problem, please verify that you are indeed running the latest version. See here for how to check your version (make sure you check both #1 and #2): http://www.essentialobjects.com/forum/postst2942_How-to-find-out-EOWeb-Controls-build-number.aspxIf you continue to have problem, please create a test page that reproduces the problem and post the test page. Once we have that we will be happy to take a look. Thanks!
