My site display toolbar gray with the next message : Dialog ctl00_CPHMain_CtrSolicitud1_dgSolicitud requires a license. You can purchase a license from http://www.essentialobjects.com/Order.aspx. Please refresh the page to continue. More on license. dgSolicitud = Dialog Control we license is full we have already generated 7 licenses and nothing always removes error by some control. url : http://localhost:5440/modules/analisis/anpsol/Solicitud.aspx

Hi Luis,
Please check whether your license list includes the dialog control. The dialog is only part of version 2007.1 and is not part of the old version. So if you have an license for an old version, then it won't work. In that case you need to place an upgrade order to include the new controls. You can click "View Upgrade Options" to see the upgrade options and their prices.

Hi Luis,
In that case you will need to place an upgrade order to upgrade to the new version. You have a license for an old version, the reason that you can receive the keys for the new version is because your license qualifies for a free upgrade to new version of your existing controls. The free upgrade however does not cover new controls. In order to use the new controls, you would need an upgrade order or a subscription.
Note we have edited your previous post to remove the order# and order date since the post is public.
