Hi,

I hope you can help me with this. Im using a contextMenu with a Grid, I do right clic in the grid and I can see the contextMenu and select an Item, then It shows an alert with the Item data and after that im having this error "Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.
Parameter name: index"
.

I realice that it happends when I set to true the contextMenu property RaisesServerEvent.
I can´t understand why because it was working fine and suddenly I can´t use this property anymore.

Thanks for any help.
Regards.

Hi,

Please try to update to the latest version and see if that solves the problem. If the problem persists, please try to isolate the problem into a test page that demonstrates the problem. Once we have the test page, we will try to run it here and see if it shows the same problem.

Thanks!

Hi,

Well I can´t update to the latest version because I don´t have a new license and in this moment we can´t afford that. But I was working fine with the ContextMenu in previous developments with this version and suddenly stop working well. I also realice that the error only appear when Im using a grid and a contextMenu with raisesServerEvent set to true, if I do the same thing for example with a Menu it works fine, why is this happening?.
I have my test project how can I sent it to you?.

Thanks!.

Hi,

I believe you can use the latest version. You have a license for 2008, which entitles you to use both 2008 and 2009. The difference is 2009 license holders also get the new controls, while you do not. See here for more details:

http://www.essentialobjects.com/forum/postst50_My-old-license-key-does-not-work-with-the-new-version-what-to-do.aspx

We will PM you as to where to send the test project, but please try the latest version first.

Thanks!
