Hi,
The free license is built-in, it is not something that you would find separately. So as long as you see the license warning message, you have exceeded the free license, which means you need to paid license to use the feature.
Thanks!

Hi,
I believe there are four controls that are completely free and another five that are partially free. That is quite some free features. Our free progress bar control is very popular. If you Google “ASP.NET free progress bar” you will see the top two entries point to our progress bar control (one directly and one indirectly). So we are definitely not making fun of people. It’s just what you were looking for is not free in this case (I would assume you were looking for a free HTML editor).
Obviously we are not in a position to offer everything for free. In additional, we do not offer tech support on our free controls. This is a policy inline with most “free software” out there because nobody can afford to offer both the product and support for free. Our free controls do have less restriction in term of redistribution because we are not open source.
Specifically, our HTML Editor is not free. If you are looking for a free HTML Editor, there are several open source one available. So you may want to give those a try.
Thanks

Dear Administration, yes I am looking for HTML editor thanks, I am not waiting to get things for free from you my point is just on the home page Download EO.Web Controls Today and use many features for FREE! message sounds like 80% of the features/controls are free, why don't you make it more clear, honesty and list the things are free and the things are not free. Please don't get me wrong I am not trying to give you a hard time, I really appreciate your quick responses and I really like the controls you have they are really very professional.

Hi, We understand your point of view and appreciate your feedback. Our installer actually installs a "Free Features" link that points to the following FAQ link: http://www.essentialobjects.com/forum/postst101_What-features-are-free.aspxYou can find the link by going to your start menu, then All Programs -> EO.Web Controls 7.0 (2009). So we do try to clarify things. Our position is we want our users to enjoy our free features as much as they can and at the same to avoid causing confusion or illusion about a specific feature is free or not. Your feedback is very valuable to us. But also please understand that we have many users and we hear different voices all the time. Also in order to maintain a healthy and competitive product, we do have to balance what is free and what is not. After all, selling more means we have more resource to constantly improve the product, and even offer more free features in the future. This often means many times there is no way that we can do exactly what every user suggested --- please do not mistaken that as we do not listen. We are always listening and doing our best to offer the best value to our users. Lastly, if you find anything else in our package that maybe useful for you in the future, please don’t forget to give them a try. As you have already found out, what we offer is a professional product. Our support is super responsive as well. If you have any other suggestion about our product or service, please also feel free to let us know. We understand there is a cost to go for a commercial product maintained by a professional company. But in many cases it can be well worth it. Thanks!
