I upgraded to the 2009 controls suite from my 2008 control suite and got the license upgrade for 2009 using your online license manager. Now I get an icon in my system tray that says the Calendar license will expire in xx amount of days. I checked your license troubleshooting guide and opened the eo_web.licx file. All the controls in there state that its version 7.0.

Hi,

You need to go to "My Orders" page to download a new license key (in additional to the license file). You would then enter that key into the License Manager and that should fix the issue for you.

Yup, after generating the new key and entering it into the license manager, the icon went away. Thanks.
