i've observed that when i click in IE on the extremity of the "browse" Button the button clicks but the dialog doesn't open. this problem can be easily reproduce in the demo version: http://demo.essentialobjects.com/Default.aspx?path=AJAXUploader
futher, when i try in my code to change the name of the "browse" button to a longer name (e.g: "browse for photo") nearly half of button is inactive.

is there any workaround?

Hi,

This is normal and unfortunately there is no workaround for that. While you can customize how the browser button looks, there is no way to customize the responding area, including its size. That's why when you specify a longer browser button text, you will see nearly half of the button is inactive. As such the general guideline is to have your customized browse button roughly the same size as the standard browse button. This is especially important if you use image buttons. We also support using uploader with our ToolBar control, which allows the browser button to be much smaller (the size of a typical toolbar button), but it definitely can not be larger than the standard browse button.

Thanks
