I've just purchased the prioduct suite and I've installed a web application that uses the tools on a clients machine.

I read the help file but I still do not understand how to get the licence working on this server. I have installed eo_web.lic into the application bin directory. However, when running the application I still get the licence message every so often at the top of the page.

What else do I have to do ?

Thanks

Hi,

The file should be eo_web.licx, not eo_web.lic. If that's not the problem, you can follow step by step troubleshooting guide here:

Thanks!

Hi,

I've read the post and I don't see how that helps.

The files was called eo_web.licx and it is currently in the application root and bin folder.

What else do I need to do?

There is a file eo_web.ashx in the root folder of the application. Should this be there and does it need changing in any way ?

Thanks

Hi,

That IS the ultimate license troubleshooting guide. I understand that so far you have cleared step 1 (by confirming that the file is indeed there). But have you followed step 2 and step 3 and what are the results? We could tell you all over again here and it will still be the same steps because there is nothing new we can add to that.

Thanks
