I am really frustrate because even I update my Windows XP Home edition to SP3 and Internet Explorer 8 are installed but I still get error. The following are the error messages.

I promoised that the page is normal if I view it in other client's computer. As I know, when I do the winows update, the problem may be solved. However, I still get the error this time. Please let me know which patch I have to installed in order to view the Grid Control!

Hi,
Please check:
1. Whether you have eo_web.ashx on your application's root directly;
2. Make sure the link are not cached links. The ID changes between builds. So if you are running a new version but you have links from old versions, then those links won't work. All you need to do is to refresh the page;
3. Try to access the Uri from your browser directly. That should give you a clearer error message;
