Sticky property in EO Web menu Options

Hi All,

We have client using the Eo Web menu. and he needs to have the Sticky property in the menu. To explain it clearly, Whenever he clicks on the menu, then only he needs the POP UP. Not in mouse over.. For now, it is like, when we mouse over the menu or child menu, the pop up opens.

Kindly help me on this.
