Hi there
I installed EO suite earlier this year for testing and had no problems with the install or Viual Studio 2008 integration.
This morning I purchased a developer license and downloaded the latest suite installer.
The installer requested i uninstall the current suite - which i did.
I then installed the newly downloaded suite. The installer said there was a problem with visual studio integration and I should do this manuallly after the install had finiashed. Other than that the install was successfull!
I have opened Visual Studio 2008 and attempted to add in an EO Toolbox. When browsing for the EO.Web.dll in either a local bin directory OR in the EO Program Files directory under .net20 directory, I get the following error...
The type library C:\Program Files\Essential Objects\EO.Web Controls 2008\Net20\EO.Web.tlb could not be loaded.
Obviously with a different path for the local bin attempt!
Could you advise how I could correct the error please?
I'm using Visual Studio 2008 on Vista Ultimate with .net 1 through 3.5 installed
Many thanks
Russ

Hi, Thank you very much for your business. Please check this topic for step by step instruction: http://doc.essentialobjects.com/library/1/installationanddeployment/install.aspxMost likely you try to install the controls as a COM component. Our controls are .NET components, so your should add them on the .NET component tab. .NET does not use .tlb at all. Thanks!
