My menu looks right in the preview of the control. At runtime, there is no background image on the buttons. I think I must have flipped a switch or something but have no idea where or what to look for. Any ideas?
Thanks Duane

Hi,
This usually has to do with interference from the styles in your page. Try to comment all them out and that should render the same result as preview mode. You can then try to uncomment them one by one/block by block to find out the offending style.
Thanks!

I figured out how to get the app to run correctly except for the license. I have a copy of the license in the root directory and the bin folder and in the Application_Start function using "EO.Web.Runtime.AddLicense(....." I can't think of anyplace else to put it. What am I doing wrong? Thanks Duane

I went throught all the steps. I downloaded my current license and loaded it in the global file and the .lic in the root directory and I still receive the error message. This is on my dev machine. Does that make a difference? How much US is an updated license? Thanks Duane

Nick wrote:I went throught all the steps. Have you checked #3? Given the fact that you have a very old license, a version mismatch is the most likely reason. Nick wrote:How much US is an updated license I believe the upgrade price for you is $210. You can have 30% off discount. The discount rate is based on your version. Since your version is more than two years old, the discount rate isn't as significant as more recent versions. You will need a discount code in order to place the upgrade order. So please let us know if you are interested so that we can create the code for you. Thanks!

Hi,
No. $210 is already discounted. The full price is $299. So $210 is the price you pay.
Thanks

So $210 is the upgrade price for all my components?

Yes. It's for all your existing components and all new components. You will get a new license for all controls in the current version (2009). Basically it's a completely new order except that you won't be paying the full price.

So $210 is the upgrade price for all my components? Where do I upgrade?

Nick wrote:So $210 is the upgrade price for all my components? Yes. $210 is your final price. The upgrade will upgrade all your existing controls to the current version and also give you a number of new controls that you currently do not have. Obviously if you only care about new version of your existing controls, you can ignore the new controls. Nick wrote:Where do I upgrade? You will place a new order with a discount code. Please see your private message for the discount code. Thanks
