I noticed strange behavior with the editor control

if the editor is in a callbackpanel any updates in the editor wont show up

now the strange part
if I add another editor control out side of the callbackpanel then both work as expected
the one inside the callbackpanel now works just fine and of corse the editor outside the callbackpanel works
