Hi, we have an app that uses the EO Menu. The menu is on one frame and when the mouse passes over it displays on the frame below it. It has always worked and is working great with Firefox and IE 7 and above. But with IE 8 the menu does NOT display. Do you know what is working?

Hi,
Please check whether you are running the latest version. I believe this is an issue that has been addressed shortly after IE 8 was released (about a month ago).

Hi.
I'm running the latest version of IE 8. Do i have to upgrade the version of the menu? if I do how much would it be? thank you

Hi,
Your version is almost 3 years old. There have been several versions after your version (2007.1, 2007.2 and 2008). The current version of 2008. You will need to upgrade in order to use the latest version, the upgrade price for you should be about $140.
