Hello,

I want to upgrade my 2007 license to 2008. The cost is the same as if I buy it for the first time, US$349 ?

Or only there is an extra fee to upgrade ?

Hi,

You have a license for 2007.2. So you can have a 70% off discount on that, which will give you a total of $104.7. Please let us know if that's OK for you. In that case we will create an upgrade discount code for you to place the new order at the discounted price.

Hello,

I already buy my upgrade and installed the 2008 suite. Now, I get a message telling me that my trial perido has expired.

I tried to register my new key by the EO License Manager but this error message is shown "The provided key has already been used." I didn't register this key previously.

Also, I have downloaded the License File and replaced in the bin directory.

What do I should do to solve this ?

We will need to take a look of the machine from which you tried to register the license key. We use a service provided by www.gotomeeting.com so that you can share your screen with us. Please let us know what time is convenient for you.

Note: Do not post your license key in the support forum.
